Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare month-end and year-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and support financial statement preparation.
  • •Perform technical accounting research and documentation to support accounting positions, policies, and significant/non-recurring transactions.
  • •Maintain internal controls, documentation, and compliance procedures to support audit readiness.
  • •Support Controller-led annual financial statement audits, including preparing materials for auditors and liaising with external consultants.
  • •Gather data for Federal, State, and local tax filings and support reporting and ad hoc analyses, including system implementation accounting support.
