Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuous Development of the productivity decks.
  • •Generate cost reduction opportunities and implement process improvement to reduce manufacturing costs.
  • •Coordinate major initiatives across Supply Chain to insure optimum cost (purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, R&D, packaging, engineering).
  • •Implement and train MOS & Lean / Six Sigma processes to plant location personnel.
  • •Develop KPI visuals and track performance; own the Priority One system and ensure all projects are current.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred; preferably in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
  • •3-5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment is required
  • •2+ years CI leading CI projects or transformation projects required
  • •Black Belt Certification preferred; Green Belt Certification required
  • •Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles to meet timelines and cost initiatives
