The Servicing Operations Sr Specialist supports the receipt and delivery of all incoming mail in a high-volume Delivery Solutions environment. You’ll manage mail distribution, digitize documents, respond to internal inquiries, and collaborate with vendors and back-office teams to meet SLAs, while applying knowledge of products and procedures and handling special projects as needed.

•Utilize package tracking systems to monitor and manage deliveries.
