Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance & Ethics design portfolios, managing a team of 10–12 product designers.
  • •Define and drive design strategy for highly complex, high-impact projects aligned to business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with research teams and Product & Tech leadership to deliver innovative AML and compliance experiences.
  • •Improve the quality and maturity of the design practice using interaction, visual, and service design to create key design artifacts.
  • •Ensure inclusive, collaborative team culture while translating between design and risk/legal/compliance stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in product design roles.
  • •At least 3 years of experience leading design teams.
  • •Experience designing within highly regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, or similar) with audit trail, disclosure, or policy implications.
  • •Experience designing complex, rule-heavy workflows (investigation queues, case management, escalation paths) into clear, low-error user experiences.
  • •Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and experience working within a design system.
