Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely handle, transfer, and process chemical feedstocks (acids and bases) according to safety procedures and operating guidelines.
  • •Calculate and produce finished products and custom chemical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • •Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment (pumps, stills, chillers, neutralization and scrubber systems) to ensure safe operations and product quality.
  • •Perform packaging and warehouse activities including bottle preparation, filling, labeling, packaging, shipping, and cleaning/sanitizing to clean-room standards.
  • •Follow safety/quality SOPs, participate in required training/certification, and collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to support operational goals and waste reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent); post-secondary education in Chemistry or a related field is an asset.
  • •3–5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or processing environment preferred.
  • •Knowledge of safe handling procedures for corrosive chemicals, including acids and bases.
  • •Mechanical aptitude and experience operating/maintaining industrial equipment such as pumps, piping, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues in a production environment, and follow clean-room or highly regulated manufacturing practices.
