Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth and postpartum doula support as part of an independent, non-exclusive network.
  • •Complete the interest form and complete screening questions during the application process.
  • •Build and maintain your own practice while partnering with Loula for operational support.
  • •Accept insured clients through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Focus on delivering exceptional care while Loula handles insurance verification, billing, and payment support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Located in California and/or meeting the minimum qualifications to move forward with an introductory meeting.
