Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, stock, and keep the bar clean to increase bartending efficiency and productivity.
  • •Follow Special Events guidelines and stay informed of current menu items and descriptions.
  • •Handle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25 lbs.
  • •Perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to HOB policy and attend pre-shift meetings with the Manager on Duty.
  • •Manage sanitation and waste tasks, including trash/recycling separation, operating the trash compactor, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and recording maintenance issues in logs or work orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Training Certification (or equivalent) and ability to recognize valid IDs.
  • •Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • •Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
  • •Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.
  • •Preferred: 3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment and experience in a live music environment.
