Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day design team management at a delivery level across the overall capital project process
•Support large-scale defence contracts and projects within the Defence Sector Portfolio
•Coordinate and manage programme, risk and change management activities
•Collaborate with design teams and technical disciplines to ensure resource adequacy and project delivery
•Ensure effective use of Common Data Environments and maintain strong client care and communication

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Proven track record of supporting large-scale defence projects across multiple RIBA work stages, either as a consultant or in a client organisation
•Proven track record of leading components of large/small scale design management or post-contract experience
•Experience of supporting design teams / technical disciplines or general resource management
•SC level Security Clearance
•Very good client care and communication
