Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle a queue of Time Management support cases, prioritizing by severity and customer impact.
  • •Investigate and troubleshoot time-critical issues, balancing ownership of existing case loads while resolving newly discovered problems.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Development to determine solutions or workarounds.
  • •Support customers across Time Off and Leave of Absence, Scheduling and Labor Optimization, Time Tracking, and Time Management Integrations.
  • •Maintain knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes; participate in rostered 24/7 global support shifts and support/troubleshoot as needed.

Salary: PLN 148,800 - 223,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in SaaS enterprise software support, implementation, or consulting (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, Zuora, Infor, Taleo, ERP, Peoplesoft, Kronos, Cornerstone).
  • •Confident verbal and written communicator who collaborates with business users and peers at all levels.
  • •Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, C#, Ruby, PHP, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift).
  • •Ability to read and analyze log files and basic knowledge of SQL syntax to read existing scripts and queries.
  • •Basic experience with API clients (SoapUI, Test Studio, and/or Postman/Bruno).
