Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in building engineering, design, or construction, with progression into design management or multidisciplinary project leadership.
  • •Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects, with airport terminal and/or broader aviation experience highly desirable.
  • •Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building design and the interfaces between architecture, structure, MEP, fire, security, and specialist engineering disciplines.
  • •Proven experience leading design teams, coordinating consultants, and working directly with clients and key project stakeholders.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bring together technical disciplines and drive decisions.
