Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including the consultative selling certification.
  • •Deliver a memorable customer experience by deepening consumer and small business relationships.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
  • •Use consultative sales to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Source, develop, coach, and lead a team; reinforce core values and One Bank collaboration while following the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.

  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
