Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day activities across Toys & Hardlines multi-categories for Target and Amazon, including Publishing, Stationery, Party, Games & Puzzles, Art & Activity, Outdoor Seasonal, Pet, and Consumer Electronics.
  • •Execute strategies to maximize product and program placement across the Toys & Hardlines business.
  • •Build influential relationships with Buyers/Vendor Managers as the account expert; lead authority on category, departmental, and corporate strategies.
  • •Drive each buyer/vendor meeting agenda, presentations, and timely recaps; track POS data and consumer insights to recommend action plans.
  • •Partner with licensee retail account teams to support sell-in of NBCUniversal IP and review licensee performance to recommend next steps and evergreen support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •5+ years of National Account sales experience in Toys & Hardlines; Target and/or Amazon experience preferred.
  • •Strong solution-based selling with relationship-building/influencing and comfort presenting to small and large groups.
  • •Strategic planning, analytical, and project management skills; understanding of eCommerce best practices and retail marketing principles.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) with basic Keynote skills for presentations.
