Inside Sales Associate

Work with customers in-store and by phone to understand needs, recommend solutions, and support a smooth sales process. Manage product processing, order data entry, invoicing, payments/credit authorization, warranty disposition, and delivery date estimates. Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties while maintaining a professional customer “presence” and handling questions and complaints effectively.
