Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key point of contact for onboarding and offboarding, preparing and routing required paperwork and documentation.
  • •Coordinate and support monthly deliverables by compiling materials, maintaining a deliverable tracker, and following up to ensure completeness.
  • •Assist with project planning by maintaining schedules, timelines, milestone trackers, and logging upcoming deadlines.
  • •Schedule meetings and manage coordination tasks including agendas, meeting notes, action item follow-ups, and routing documentation to the right contacts.
  • •Maintain organized records and support resource management, including personnel rosters, access documentation, equipment/property inventory, and mandatory training tracking.

Key Requirements
