Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry services. Build production-ready RAG and agentic/multi-agent workflows with citation-grounded, structured outputs and API-driven integrations. Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery from solution blueprint through testing, deployment, production readiness, and support, while optimizing retrieval quality, model performance, and response reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
•Design and develop AI applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Content Understanding, and Azure Machine Learning.
•Build end-to-end RAG applications with document ingestion, embeddings, vector search, hybrid/semantic search, metadata filtering, and citation-grounded responses.
•Design and implement agentic AI and multi-agent architectures with orchestrator/specialist agents and tool-based workflows.
•Lead technical teams across solution delivery activities from design through testing, debugging, deployment, production readiness, and support.

Key Requirements

•11+ years of overall IT experience across application development, AI engineering, machine learning, cloud solutions, or data-driven delivery.
•Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
•Practical experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge search.
•Experience building multi-agent AI solutions or agentic workflows using orchestrator and specialist-agent patterns.
•Experience leading technical teams and translating business requirements into scalable AI solution designs for enterprise stakeholders.
