Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line leadership for the plant maintenance team responsible for asset care.
  • •Ensure maintenance operations are conducted safely and in compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, sanitary design, ergonomics, employee safety, and food safety requirements.
  • •Identify root causes of equipment failures, implement permanent corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement to extend asset life.
  • •Manage maintenance labor and spare parts budgets, and initiate cost savings measures.
  • •Manage maintenance schedules and work order compliance (including predictive and preventive maintenance), and coordinate planning/execution with production teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or technical school training preferred.
  • •5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems with excellent troubleshooting ability.
  • •Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs, including implementing them.
  • •Experience with TPM and/or Lean initiatives and computerized maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP PM).
