Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and ship home-grown and integrated tooling to remove repetitive manual work across automations and integrations.
  • •Own enhancements and moderate-complexity features, partnering with commercial, product, and engineering stakeholders.
  • •Investigate root causes by working closely with implementations and escalations, preventing recurring issues.
  • •Use and extend existing templates, standards, and automation to avoid one-off customizations.
  • •Participate in an on-call rotation to triage and resolve issues and support internal investigations.
