Key Responsibilities

•Support and adhere to hospital, departmental, and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures; participate in performance management and peer review processes.
•Attend divisional meetings and assist with reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents; assume other administrative or clinical duties as requested by Consultants.
•Under supervision of a Consultant Physician, diagnose and treat patients according to best practice; supervise junior medical staff and co-assume care responsibilities.
•Lead ward rounds and reassess inpatients and outpatients regularly; document clinical information clearly and timely.
•Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, ensure informed consent, coordinate referrals, and provide out-of-hours on-call coverage as required.

Key Requirements

•Board-certified Specialist Physician with postgraduate medical qualification.
•Ability to supervise the activities of junior medical staff and provide clinical supervision.
•Experience leading ward rounds and managing both inpatients and outpatients.
•Ability to participate in multidisciplinary meetings, audits, and clinical research/publication.
•Willingness to participate in out-of-hours on-call coverage and provide medical workforce support as required.
