Job Summary

Operate recycling and wastewater/UPW processes according to work instructions, troubleshooting day-to-day equipment and process issues to improve safety, efficiency, and performance. Assist with installation and qualification of process equipment, respond to process control alarms, collect and analyze process data, and perform standard tests and minor maintenance (including pump troubleshooting and replacements). Handle hazardous waste and spills to HAZMAT standards, maintain accurate records, and provide shift pass-down and training to associates.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate recycling, wastewater treatment, and ultra-pure water generation processes per the process plan.
•Respond to process control alarms by performing basic course corrections and escalating when needed; evaluate trends.
•Collect and analyze process control data and samples; make adjustments as necessary and perform standard tests.
•Perform minor maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting and replacement of pumps; escalate major repairs to maintenance.
•Manage hazardous waste and respond to hazardous material spills using HAZMAT standards; maintain records and uphold 5S and safety procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.56 - 25.96 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Meet at least one qualification: 1+ years of FS technical experience, 1+ year industrial/commercial operations or technical setting experience, or an associates degree in a technical discipline.
•Experience in equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting is preferred.
•Prior industrial wastewater treatment experience is preferred.
•Good written and oral communications skills in English, with self-directed work ability and a safety-first mindset.
