Lead an international supplier development team within the Procurement organization, driving operational maturity of suppliers’ industrial processes. Define the suppliers’ operational development strategy aligned with Supplier Operations governance, build relationships with external supply chain stakeholders, and manage risks through preventive action plans. Deploy the resources and capabilities needed across the Group to improve supplier productivity and efficiency and contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
