  • •Take charge of a team of managers to develop suppliers and reach expected productivity and efficiency levels
  • •Define the strategy for suppliers’ operational development in line with Supplier Operations governance
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand external supply chain challenges
  • •Anticipate potential risks and implement action plans to prevent or manage crises
  • •Pilot and deploy resources and capabilities to address suppliers’ development needs across the Group

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in electronics and/or mechanical engineering
  • •Proven experience in industrial engineering with strong technical perspective (process engineering, quality, production, or supply chain)
  • •Direct management experience leading a team of more than 10 people

  • •Ability to drive supplier operational development and operational excellence
