Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the “voice of the customer” in Oldcastle Infrastructure facilities.
  • •Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and serve as the primary customer/vendor contact.
  • •Coordinate turnover/kickoff activities, confirm estimates/values, and align scheduling with the customer ship date in AX.
  • •Direct and oversee the project team across engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
  • •Prepare change order proposals, monitor progress/costs/compliance, manage submittals/approvals, and proactively problem-solve to meet schedules.
