Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store team and oversee daily operations, ensuring timeliness and adherence to store standards; manage merchandising and opening/closing procedures.
  • •Serve as the store expert on products and applications, conducting product and service training for team members and implementing feedback.
  • •Provide ongoing coaching through in-store training, focusing on improving customer experience and team happiness.
  • •Understand customer needs, listen actively, and offer professional solutions tailored to different activities and product launches.
  • •Coordinate display planning and seasonal adjustments, including outfit recommendations and visual merchandising standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience
  • •1+ year of supervisory/training experience
