Job Summary

Own engagement and adoption measurement for colleague-facing platforms, tracking core usage and sentiment metrics and running drop-off analysis across the adoption lifecycle. Diagnose why adoption stalls and route root-cause findings into actionable recommendations with a hypothesis-test-and-scale approach. Build dashboards and KPI targets, measure value outcomes beyond usage, and partner cross-functionally to unify community, learning, and communication performance data for ROI reporting to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and own engagement baselines and core success metrics (30-day active usage and disappointment test score), setting quarterly targets and aligning secondary metrics.
•Define and track adoption telemetry and drop-off behavioral metrics, including tool depth, feature breadth, and long-term retention.
•Diagnose root causes of adoption stalls (workflow fit, comprehension gaps, motivation/awareness gaps, structural barriers) and trigger root-cause reviews with recommendations.
•Partner to track readiness signals over vanity metrics and measure long-term behavioral changes, coordinating with learning and advocacy leads.
•Synthesize cross-functional data and deliver ROI/value realization reporting by building dashboards, measuring value outcomes, and enabling targeted re-engagement insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•5–8+ years of experience in product analytics, digital telemetry, or marketing growth analytics.
•Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, plus product analytics platforms.
•Ability to design and measure user activation funnels and adoption metrics, including PLG metrics (activation, retention cohorts, testing).
•Proven track record setting KPI targets, building dashboards, and running hypothesis-test-and-scale measurement.
