Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all aspects of the project HSE program to help achieve project HSE objectives.
  • •Engage project leadership in developing, reviewing, and endorsing applicable HSE systems, programs, and procedures.
  • •Guide, direct, train, and motivate project team members to comply with ADNOC HSE policy and relevant Abu Dhabi HSE regulations.
  • •Establish and manage HSE governance (e.g., Safety Steering Team/SST and PMT safety meetings), HSE KPIs, incident notification/reporting/investigation, and corrective action tracking.
  • •Develop and implement project-specific RAMS, Safety Observation & Intervention program, emergency response procedures, and provide HSE support for value assurance and stage decision support packages; act as Security POC and guide in-house HSE training delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 20+ years’ experience in the oil & gas sector, including at least 10 years of HSE-related experience and at least 7 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Master’s degree in management (or equivalent).
  • •In possession of a current internationally recognized professional safety certification (e.g., Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar).
  • •Good written and verbal communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
