Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations.
  • •Coordinate UAT execution with business users and provide support as needed; facilitate execution and obtain formal sign-off.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve issues found during UAT with development and QA teams, documenting results, feedback, and defects.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience preparing UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Ability to validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations, including edge cases.
  • •Experience testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications and translating business requirements into test scenarios.
