Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve scaling bottlenecks in critical logging, metrics, traces, and alerting pipeline services.
  • •Design and evolve APIs used by product engineering teams, identifying pain points and opportunities.
  • •Identify and address architectural bottlenecks and single points of failure to improve observability platform reliability and user experience.
  • •Drive feature and product idealization, implementation, and adoption.
  • •Respond to alerts and support troubleshooting production issues as part of duty responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience working with highly distributed systems.
  • •Expertise designing and implementing APIs and high-throughput, real-time data ingestion pipelines.
  • •Experience improving software reliability (availability, performance, latency, efficiency, capacity), including SLOs and incident management.
  • •Proficiency developing and maintaining software in Go and/or Java.
  • •Experience with containerisation/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
