  • •Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for Sephora’s technology organization, focused on IT services, hardware, enterprise software, SaaS, and AI solutions.
  • •Manage enterprise sourcing projects and contract negotiations from market analysis and supplier selection through implementation and ongoing performance management.
  • •Partner across Technology, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and Finance to develop sourcing strategies and agreements aligned to operational, financial, security, and compliance needs.
  • •Identify value opportunities across new purchases and renewals, including discounts, long-term agreements, and commit-to-consume models.
  • •Support supplier negotiations and contract lifecycle management, including commercial terms, service levels, renewal strategies, risk mitigation, and performance expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience focused on technology products and services in a complex multinational organization.
  • •3+ years leading complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for enterprise software, SaaS, hardware, and related technology services.
  • •Deep knowledge of technology markets, software trends, licensing structures, consumption-based models, and commercial terms.
  • •Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, and risk identification skills; CPSM certification preferred.
