Trainer

Deliver production training at the Paris, KY site to prepare Packaging Operators for entry-level roles and certification. Develop and deliver training for production associates, including safety, QWI’s, and business systems, and create course materials with clear objectives and lesson plans. Identify training needs, support process improvements to reduce errors, conduct regular audits and behavior observations, and ensure trainees complete required sign-offs and documentation.
