Job Summary

Support the Ready-to-Drink category by conducting market research and field visits in Germany to uncover trade opportunities and category trends. Help the RTD Manager and key account managers with promotional calendars, account and client presentations, and fulfillment monitoring. Track RTD SKU penetration, daily sales, forecasts, and net sales evolution, using Nielsen data to analyze shopper, market, and competitor activity. Coordinate creation of POS materials and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth market research, field visits, and analysis to identify trade opportunities and market trends in Germany.
•Support the RTD Manager and key account managers with the RTD promotional calendar, presentations, and account headers.
•Prepare client-specific presentations and analysis with tailored information using market, sales, and shopper data.
•Monitor RTD SKU penetration, daily sales, forecasts, and net sales evolution; follow up on negotiated RTD action fulfillment.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/suppliers and coordinate creation of marketing and POS materials; report performance using Nielsen data.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Fluent in German and English.
•Strong analytical skills and excellent market analysis capability.
•Experience working with Nielsen and good PowerPoint skills.
•Skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders while managing project needs and timelines.
•Result-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills; previous field experience or sales experience preferred.
