Key Responsibilities

•Consult clients end-to-end, drive process optimization, and coordinate with partners to ensure project success.
•Act as a key liaison and collaborate closely with our development team in Hungary.
•Implement diverse, innovative SAP tasks in the energy and utilities sector and secure project success in the German market.
•Take on project management and team leadership responsibilities, guiding small project teams.
•Provide professional, client-facing communication and contribute to the SAP practice’s growth and delivery quality.

•Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent qualification
•5+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience
•Proven track record delivering full lifecycle SAP projects (1-2 projects)
•Strong industry knowledge, preferably in consulting or energy/utilities
•Solid SAP knowledge in SAP IS-U (Utilities) OR FI/CO, MM, SD, TM, or PM; self-driven with team leadership experience; exposure to S/4HANA transformations; fluent in German and English; travel readiness (approximately every 1-2 months)
