Master Scheduler

Develop and manage mid- and long-term production schedules by balancing customer demand with production capacity and material availability. Translate sales forecasts and firm orders into achievable plans across Standard, Special, and Nuclear value streams, using RCCP to assess labor, constraints, and materials. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to prevent bottlenecks, improve schedule adherence, support S&OP, and drive Lean continuous improvement using ERP/MRP systems and key planning metrics.
