Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary care team to deliver outstanding, personalised care for residents at Sutton Lodge. Manage all aspects of the home, including budgets and operating profit, while ensuring regulatory compliance across relevant areas. Build strong internal and external relationships and support Bupa’s reputation with key stakeholders such as Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners. Become registered with the regulator and may occasionally work evenings or out of hours.
