Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop expansion by prospecting and qualifying high-potential seller-partners through multi-channel outbound campaigns. Lead early seller pitches, assess seller fit, and support end-to-end onboarding, registration, and activation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help merchants grow on the platform and meet monthly/quarterly targets for seller acquisition and GMV growth. This is a 6–12 month fixed-term contract via a third-party agency.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller-partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and deliver tailored value propositions for TikTok Shop.
•Assess seller fit, identify growth strategies, and define clear pathways to GMV growth.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including registration, account setup, and activation.
•Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for seller acquisition and seller GMV growth in a 3–6 month period.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Exceptional English and German communication (written and verbal) for external negotiations and presentations.
•Demonstrated strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting.
•Availability for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, with potential extension based on impact and results.
•Experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, or platform businesses is preferred.
