Job Summary

Design and run gaming investor programmes and deal-making activations that attract international investors and help raise the bar on investor experience across events. Build and own the gaming investor pipeline, manage application and vetting, create content and high-touch matchmaking, and track outcomes like capital committed and meetings generated. Also support investor programming across the broader Investor & Startup portfolio with outreach, roundtables, records, and year-round relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

•Design gaming investment programmes and deal-making formats for major gaming conferences to attract international investors, publishers, and funds.
•Build and own the gaming investor pipeline through targeted outreach; manage application and vetting to confirm credentials, thesis alignment, and intent.
•Develop investor-activation content and formats (reverse pitches, hosted buyer programmes, investor roundtables, live deal-making showcases).
•Design the end-to-end investor experience and run investor-side matchmaking, including communications, logistics, and on-site facilitation.
•Track and report programme outcomes (deals initiated, capital committed, follow-up meetings) and manage year-round investor relationships across events.

Key Requirements

•4–5 years of experience in investor relations, investor programme management, or VC/LP engagement in an event, ecosystem, or gaming context.
•Demonstrated expertise in the gaming investment landscape (VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks).
•Experience curating and managing high-touch investor experiences, including investor engagement design.
•A strong existing network within the gaming and tech investment community, particularly in MENA, APAC, or Europe.
•Understanding of the gaming investment chain from pre-seed accelerators through to sovereign capital deployment.
