Key Responsibilities

•Provide first-line troubleshooting and repair support for Canon Commercial Print ink jet devices and post-finishing equipment in a field service context.
•Maintain high first-time fix rates and minimize returns by efficient use of labor and parts, while meeting service level agreements.
•Communicate effectively with Canon customers and internal departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate with team members to support ongoing development of service performance, coaching, and mentoring of Service Engineers as needed.
•Ensure post-sale field service requirements are met and maintain accurate records of activities in line with company guidelines.

•Full UK driving license
