Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tenders: allocate to bid teams, manage schedules, and ensure submissions are on time and meet safety/quality standards.
  • •Lead tender queries/clarifications to ensure accurate, compliant responses within client deadlines.
  • •Provide commercial support across the tender process, including rate development, commercial query responses, and best-practice sharing.
  • •Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline by tracking, forecasting, and proactively managing opportunities with the Framework Manager and bid teams.
  • •Support overall framework management through bid governance inputs, Tender Commitment reporting, supplier/client engagement, framework reporting, documentation, and risk escalation where required.
