Poultry Processing Supervisor- 2nd shift

Supervise poultry processing production line/department teams to ensure procedures are followed and quality, safety, and regulatory standards are met. Lead daily reporting, personnel deployment/rotation, and process optimization to achieve schedules, productivity, and budget objectives. Partner with Quality Assurance for a food-safe, sanitary environment, manage performance improvement and disciplinary actions, and promote zero-accident safety practices while cross-coordinating with other shifts.
