Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the India hub PMO governance cadence, stage-gates, escalations, and Dubai↔India working rhythm aligned to RACI.
  • •Break initiatives into activities and tasks, assign against capacity, and manage tasks to completion across India workstreams and dependencies.
  • •Define and track utilisation (productive vs available), own weekly timesheet capture, and maintain submission compliance and activity taxonomy.
  • •Own comms and change management, drive adoption of new ways of working, and maintain a single source of truth for activity, delivery, and risk.
  • •Lead and develop the India team, manage onboarding/ramp, and safeguard control, information-security, data handling, and continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years in PMO/program management, transformation delivery, or delivery-hub leadership at Senior Manager level.
  • •Experience standing up and running an offshore/nearshore delivery hub or capability center (GCC/GDC) through steady-state.
  • •Strong PMO background covering governance, planning, work breakdown, tracking, utilisation, and reporting for distributed teams.
  • •Hands-on with work-management and timesheet tooling (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, MS Project/Planner, Smartsheet or Clarity) and dashboarding.
  • •Practical knowledge of information-security/data handling for offshore teams and people leadership across locations and cultures.
