•Drive availability and performance by investigating, analyzing, and resolving reliability issues across the stack.
•Champion shift-left quality by embedding comprehensive unit, integration, and contract testing early and continuously in the development lifecycle.
•Lead by mentoring engineers, conducting quality code reviews, and partnering with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive UI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
•5+ years building reliable, performant applications and microservices in production environments with full stack fluency across frontend, backend, and the database layer.

•Proven full-stack experience across frontend (React.js), backend, and database layers.
•Technical depth in at least one domain such as distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, application databases, networking, security, serverless, or event streaming.
