Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor wafer fabrication by responding to in-line issues and dispositions of production wafers.
  • •Qualify wafer fabrication processes on new tools and coordinate scheduling of process qualifications and equipment downtime.
  • •Use software to analyze production data, identify trends, and make processing decisions.
  • •Adjust process parameters when they are exceeded and monitor parameters when tools return from maintenance.
  • •Execute in-line changes (CPM), communicate technical information via presentations, and continuously revise SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Computer Science.
  • •Experience scripting in Python, VBA, or an equivalent language.
  • •Understanding of statistical methods and Change Point Management.
  • •Knowledge of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles.
  • •Experience with software for data analysis (Spotfire, JMP, Matlab, etc.) and ability to support a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
