Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to help clients build life, communication, and social skills. Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect and record session data, and support behavior-reduction goals. Maintain a professional, positive rapport with clients and families while participating in ongoing ABA and special education training. Work in-person in Waxhaw, North Carolina on a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
