Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end product management for digital solutions supporting subscription-based services offerings across the subscription lifecycle.
  • •Lead cross-functional requirements discovery and refinement, converting business problems into clear, testable requirements and delivery-ready backlog artifacts in JIRA.
  • •Translate business objectives into capabilities and features with traceability from strategy to epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Run agile delivery leadership with sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, while maintaining alignment to the product roadmap and operational readiness.
  • •Partner with engineering and architects/designers to define functional decomposition, integrations, data flows, and to support implementation, UAT readiness, defect triage, and release validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management or digital/software product development.
  • •Proven experience in software product management, solution management, and requirements engineering/solution design for enterprise-scale digital products.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with JIRA and Agile/iterative delivery practices (including sprint planning and Scrum).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous problem spaces and translate them into structured, delivery-ready requirements.
  • •Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment, including influencing across org boundaries and communicating with both business and technical audiences.
