Job Summary

Own the ServiceNow platform for Integrated Risk Management across Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit workflows. Develop and communicate a long-term roadmap, lead requirements design and continuous optimization, and drive user training to maximize adoption. Oversee agile delivery and governance (roadmaps, backlogs, standards), manage testing and change management, and champion innovation including AI and automation opportunities to improve enterprise risk workflows.
