Key Responsibilities

  • •Support winning new AI business by enabling customers and partners to execute AI workloads on AMD Instinct GPUs and EYC CPUs, including RFP response testing.
  • •Liaise with customers and partners through proof of concepts (POCs), presentations, and training (remote and in person).
  • •Execute AI inference and training workloads, generate results, investigate performance, and understand how system/software choices impact performance versus competitors.
  • •Run training and inference performance investigations using common frameworks and repositories (e.g., MLperf and Hugging Face).
  • •Build technical documentation and resolve customer/partner issues by submitting JIRA tickets; collaborate with cross-functional AMD teams and assist with TCO models.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Track record working in AI, currently undertaking AI inference or training as a key part of the role.
  • •Hands-on expertise executing and tuning training and inference workloads with popular AI frameworks.
  • •Demonstrated experience running training and inference workloads on GPUs and performing performance investigations.
  • •Ability to create technical documents and communicate effectively with customers and partners; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Open to travel both domestic and international, approximately 10–20% over a year.
