Lead end-to-end development of a family of systems from concept through full-rate production, scaling ruggedized mechanical design into reliable, manufacturable products. Manage and mentor a team of ~5–6 mechanical engineers while overseeing subsystem and LRU development, including requirements, integration, validation, and reliability testing. Drive engineering excellence through design reviews and cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, quality, and reliability partners.
