Engineering Manager, Telemetry Agent and Edge

Lead the Cloud Monitoring team responsible for a telemetry agent that collects metrics and logs from hosts and GPUs across the Crusoe cloud fleet. You’ll directly manage 4–6 engineers, set technical direction, and own delivery of the agent’s next-generation roadmap through incremental releases. Partner with tech leads and cross-functional teams to maintain rollout safety, reliability, and oncall health while expanding into telemetry validation and customer-facing export.
