Monitor and control the Reservations operation to ensure callers receive optimum service and care. Review the daily Reservations Trace report, assign outstanding tasks to reservations agents and supervisors, and ensure all traces are resolved by day end. Lead by example in a central reservations environment, supporting sales activities including cross-selling and upselling across multiple properties, using Opera to manage operations.
