Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide design phase services including constructability reviews, constructability risk identification, and compliance reviews of drawings and requirements.
  • •Conduct planning activities such as long-lead item identification, value engineering input, risk mitigation planning, and baseline schedule development with progress updates.
  • •Lead and coordinate the site project team under client direction, providing oversight of the general contractor and key subcontractors.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders through construction status meetings and issue/punch-list tracking with owners, architects, contractors, and technical reviewers.
  • •Ensure quality and compliance through inspections and testing oversight, documentation maintenance, and adherence to building codes and health & safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 20 years of comprehensive project management and on-site delivery experience across complex, large-scale projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience in the GCC region, including Qatar or similar international markets.
  • •Proven track record managing large-scale, ground-up projects from inception through completion.
  • •Strong background in budget management, cost control, and schedule management.
  • •Relevant health and safety certification recognized in the GCC region.
