Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and operationally administer a portfolio of customer orders in the transactional system (M3) across multiple order types, ensuring alignment with launch, replenishment, and promotional activities.
  • •Optimize order fulfillment by considering shipping schedules, lead times, and stock availability to meet client deadlines.
  • •Ensure accuracy and compliance of product information and delivery documentation, including incoterms and invoicing, while resolving order-related disputes promptly.
  • •Coordinate internally with accounting, logistics, finance, planning and IT to ensure smooth cross-functional interactions and timely client service.
  • •Maintain ongoing client relationships, provide proactive communication, and support a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Commercial Management – Supply Chain & International Commerce (Master / Bac +5)
  • •Business-level English
  • •ERP experience (M3 with SAP a plus)
  • •Excel data management (sorting, pivot tables, formulas)
  • •Knowledge of international trade and strong written French
