HR Data Management Specialist (US Shift)

Own HCM employee lifecycle data domains and processes (hire to retire, org structures, job architecture, compensation). Build and govern data quality controls for integrity across regions and HR/shared services. Perform root-cause analysis on complex HR data issues and support data migration during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Create global HCM reports and lead functional testing and data validation for Workday enhancements and country rollouts, while coaching junior analysts on compensation data changes.
